On January 25th the Ministry of the Third Cross conducted the first Texas Youth Commission (TYC) ACTS Retreat at the McFadden Ranch Halfway House in Roanoke, Texas…A generous donation by the ACTS Retreat Foundation was very helpful in offsetting expenses.
