Founding of ACTS Retreat Foundation
God talks to us and gives us ideas, all the time. If we listen, we follow. Polo Cervantes, a brother from St. Matthew’s Church, had such a message. He knew that ACTS Missions was dedicated to helping new parishes get started. The question he asked himself was what about the parishes that are started but still need financial assistance?
After talking with several ACTS brothers the foundation was formed on March 10, 2005. The Board members were: Polo Cervantes, Mike Stehling and Frank Salinas.
Joe Hemmi was selected to be Executive Director to handle the everyday operations. And His blessings continue.
